Ingredients

Whipped feta base
  • 8 oz feta Crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese Softened
  • 0.33 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
Honey pistachio and cranberry topping
  • 0.25 cup pistachios Shelled, chopped
  • 0.25 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 fresh thyme or rosemary For garnish
Serving
  • 1 pita chips or crackers For serving

Equipment

  • 1 food processor

Method

Blend the whipped feta
  1. Blend feta, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lemon zest in a food processor for 2-3 minutes until light and smooth, stopping to scrape down as needed.
Swirl and garnish
  1. Spread the whipped feta into a shallow bowl and make a deep swirl on top with the back of a spoon so the surface looks airy and ridged.
  2. Drizzle honey over the swirl in a thin, even ribbon so it pools slightly in the grooves.
  3. Scatter pistachios and dried cranberries on top, aiming for even coverage so every bite has crunch and tart pops.
  4. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary and serve immediately with pita chips or crackers for dipping.

Notes

For the smoothest texture, soften the cream cheese fully before blending and scrape the processor bowl halfway through. Store leftover dip covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days; stir briefly before serving. Freezing isn’t recommended since the texture can turn grainy. For a lighter option, replace some Greek yogurt with additional plain nonfat Greek yogurt to keep it tangy with fewer calories.
