  • 1 Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan

Method

Prep and dress
  1. Prepare all fruit and place in a large serving bowl.
  2. Whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest until combined.
  3. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat every piece.
  4. Taste and adjust honey or lime juice as desired.
Chill and serve
  1. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  2. Scatter fresh mint leaves over the top and serve chilled.

Notes

For best texture, chill only the dressed salad for 20 minutes (not longer) so berries stay juicy. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 1 day; do not freeze. If you want a lighter option, swap honey for a calorie-free sweetener (use to taste) while keeping the lime juice and zest the same.
