Ingredients

cream cheese
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
powdered sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
vanilla
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
spices
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp nutmeg
whipped topping
  • 8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
caramel
  • 0.5 cup caramel sauce
graham crackers
  • 0.5 cup crushed graham crackers
serving dippers
  • 1 apple slices
  • 1 pretzels
  • 1 graham crackers

Equipment

  • 1 stand mixer

Method

Make the cheesecake dip base
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth. Scrape the bowl as needed so there are no lumps, for a silky base.
  2. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then beat until fluffy. Stop and scrape once or twice to fully incorporate the spices.
  3. Fold in the thawed whipped topping until no streaks remain. Mix gently just until the texture turns uniform.
  4. Spread the mixture into a serving bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Chill until it holds its shape when gently tapped.
Finish and serve
  1. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the chilled dip in a swirl pattern. Aim for even coverage so every scoop gets caramel.
  2. Scatter the crushed graham crackers over the top. Use a light, even layer so you get crunch in every bite.
  3. Serve with sliced apples, pretzels, and extra graham crackers for dipping. Arrange them around the bowl so guests can dip without crowding.

Notes

For the smoothest texture, beat the cream cheese until no lumps remain before adding the sugar and spices. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days; the graham crackers stay best if you add toppings right before serving. Freezing isn’t recommended because whipped topping can break down after thawing. For a lighter option, use low-fat cream cheese and a lighter whipped topping (or plain whipped Greek yogurt) while keeping the rest the same.
