Ingredients
Method
Make the caramel-drizzled glass
- Drizzle caramel sauce inside a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Refrigerate the glass for 10 minutes, until the drizzle sets and looks glossy.
Shake and strain
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker to fill it.
- Pour in butterscotch schnapps, apple vodka, apple cider, caramel vodka, and cream (if using).
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds to fully chill and combine.
- Double-strain into the prepared caramel-drizzled glass to keep the drink clear.
Garnish
- Add a thin apple slice and a cinnamon stick on top of the drink.
Notes
Pro tip: Chill the glass first so the caramel drizzle sets cleanly and the drink stays cold longer. Store leftover cocktail in the fridge up to 24 hours (caramel may settle); freeze is not recommended for best texture. For a lighter option, use half-and-half with less or skip it entirely to keep it more crisp than creamy.
