Method
Preheat and prep the flatbreads
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the naan flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with the olive oil.
- Arrange the sliced brie over the flatbreads. Make sure the slices cover the surface for even melting.
Add toppings and bake
- Dot the flatbreads with spoonfuls of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle the pecans and chopped rosemary over the top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes at 425°F until the brie is melted and the edges look crisp. Watch for bubbling cheese and lightly browned flatbread edges.
Finish and serve
- Top the hot flatbreads with baby arugula. Add it right after baking so the greens stay bright and fresh.
- Drizzle with honey over the arugula. Use a light, even pass for glossy golden streaks.
- Cut the flatbread into squares and serve warm. Slice while hot for clean edges and melty cheese pools.
Notes
For the crispiest edges, use a fully preheated oven and keep the flatbread in a single layer on the sheet pan. Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 2 days; reheat in a 425°F oven or toaster oven until warmed through (arugula is best added fresh). Freeze is not recommended because the arugula and cranberry sauce texture can soften after thawing. For a dairy-friendly swap, use a brie-style plant-based cheese and bake the same way for a similar melty topping.
