Ingredients

Apple Cider Aperol Spritz
  • 2 oz Aperol
  • 3 oz apple cider chilled
  • 3 oz prosecco chilled
  • 1 oz sparkling water
  • 1 Ice
  • 1 thin apple slice
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Method

Build the spritz
  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Pour in Aperol and apple cider.
  3. Top with prosecco and sparkling water.
  4. Stir gently once to combine, then watch the bubbles rise.
  5. Garnish with the apple slice and cinnamon stick, and serve immediately.

Notes

For the crispiest flavor, chill the apple cider and prosecco before mixing. If you want a less sweet spritz, use dry prosecco and add the sparkling water last to keep it lively. Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 24 hours; freezing is not recommended. Dietary swap: use no-added-sugar sparkling water and a reduced-sugar apple cider if available.
